Leadership Workshops that fix what meetings can't

Your team already knows the problems. They talk about them at lunch, over Slack, during the Friday wind-down. What they lack is a structured space to work through those problems together, with someone who has no stake in the office politics. That is what we do.

Three formats, one goal

Every organisation is different, so we offer sessions in three lengths. Pick the one that fits your calendar and your budget. We handle the rest.

Half-day intensive

Three and a half hours, one core theme. We run this on weekday mornings, usually 9:00 to 12:30. Best for teams that need a focused reset on a single issue: delegation, difficult conversations, or decision-making under pressure. Groups of 6 to 16 people.

Full-day deep dive

Seven hours with a proper lunch break. We cover two or three interconnected topics and include role-play exercises. Suitable for management tiers that need to align on how they lead, not just what they deliver. Up to 24 participants.

Two-day residential

We book a venue outside your usual environment. Day one tears down assumptions; day two rebuilds habits. This format works for senior leadership teams of 8 to 40 who can commit to being off-site. Meals and accommodation are arranged separately.

From booking to follow-up

1

Discovery call

A 30-minute phone or video call where we listen. We want to know what is actually going wrong: missed deadlines, passive teams, turf wars, unclear ownership. No questionnaires at this stage.

2

Scope and proposal

Within five working days you receive a written proposal. It names the specific exercises we will use, the materials we will bring, and the price. One flat fee, no hourly billing.

3

Pre-work for participants

Each attendee completes a short anonymous survey, roughly ten minutes. This gives us real data to work with on the day instead of relying on guesswork.

4

The workshop itself

We facilitate. We challenge. We keep the conversation honest. There are no slide decks with motivational quotes. Expect whiteboard work, paired exercises, and a few uncomfortable silences while people think.

5

Follow-up report

Two weeks later we send a summary of commitments made, patterns observed, and recommended next steps. You can share it with your board or keep it internal. Many clients use it to plan a second session six months on.

What changes after the workshop

We track outcomes through follow-up surveys sent 90 days after each session. These numbers come from 2023 and 2024 cohorts combined.

Frequently asked questions

Four to six weeks is comfortable. We have occasionally turned around a half-day session in ten days, but that only works if your team can complete the pre-work survey quickly.

We can, and we have. But the results are measurably weaker. Body language, side conversations, and shared meals matter more than most people expect. We will always recommend in-person first.

Pricing starts at £2,400 plus VAT for a half-day with up to 12 participants. Larger groups and full-day sessions are quoted individually after the discovery call. Travel within England is included.

Yes. About a third of our clients are NHS trusts, local councils, and housing associations. We are familiar with procurement frameworks and can provide the documentation your finance team needs.

Good. Scepticism usually means they have sat through bad ones before. We address that in the first fifteen minutes by explaining exactly what we will do and why. No icebreaker games, no trust falls, no forced fun. People relax once they see the agenda is practical.

Six people. Below that threshold the group dynamics shift too much, and paired exercises lose their variety. If you have fewer than six, we can discuss one-to-one coaching instead.
